These terms apply to your use of Fergie Baby AI and purchases made through this site. Read the selected pack details, these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before submitting a photo or paying.
Eligibility and permission to upload
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If permission from a parent or guardian is required for your use, obtain it first. Submit only photos you have the right to use and permission to process with AI. Obtain permission from each person shown and from their parent or legal guardian where required. Do not submit another person's photo without the necessary authorization.
AI results and prohibited uses
This is a photo-to-video service, not a face-swap service or a video-upload tool. AI-generated appearance, clothing, motion and other details may vary. The reference illustrates a style, not an identical result or an included soundtrack. Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation of children, or infringement of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass access controls or abuse the service.
One-time video packs
Prices and payment currency are shown before checkout. Credit purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. A 480p video uses 8 credits; a 720p HD video uses 10 credits. Credits can be combined and do not expire. Buying credits does not start generation automatically. Previously purchased video passes keep their original resolution and quantity. Credits and passes are service entitlements, not cash balances. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Processing, delivery and refunds
Buying credits does not start a video. Generation begins only after you submit a photo, choose a resolution and click Make My Video. The server reserves the required credits and creates one task. Processing times vary. Confirmed generation failures restore eligible credits once; an uncertain provider submission keeps its original task and funding while its status is checked. Audio or download retries do not create another video or consume more credits. Refunded credit sources cannot be restored. Previously purchased video passes follow their original order rules. Downloads remain available for 30 days; save a local copy.
Content rights and changes
You keep any rights you hold in your submitted content and authorize the processing needed to provide the requested service. AI results may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction; we do not grant rights in third-party music, trademarks, reference clips or other material we do not own. Fergie Baby AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok or the reference creator. We may update these terms for future use and will show the revision date. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase or mandatory consumer rights.
