How do credits work?
Each 480p video uses 8 credits; each 720p HD video uses 10. Top-ups add to the same balance. Choose a photo and resolution, then click Make My Video to use credits. Buying credits never starts a video automatically.

How does the photo become a video?
The template uses one photo and the park-gate reference to create a new AI clip. No prompt or video upload is needed. It does not replace a face in the original footage, and appearance and movement can vary. Paid generation is not open yet.
Which photo should I use?
Use a bright, clear photo of one person facing the camera. Keep the face unobstructed and show the outfit. Waist-up or knees-up photos work well. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB.
What length and format should I expect?
The intended output is a 15-second, 9:16 MP4. Actual duration and output still need to be verified before generation opens. The community example is a reference, not a delivered sample.
What audio is included?
The community example plays with its own audio. Audio in generated downloads depends on the available template.
How long does generation take?
There is no verified turnaround time yet. When generation is available, use the order page to follow actual progress rather than a fixed countdown.
Do I need an account?
No account is required. Use your checkout email to request a secure, single-use link to recover your wallet and videos on another device.
What if generation fails?
A confirmed generation failure returns eligible credits once. An uncertain submission keeps the same task while we check it. If adding audio or downloading fails, retry that step without creating a new video. Contact support for help.
Can I combine credits and mix resolutions?
Yes. Top-ups add to your wallet. Each 480p video uses 8 credits, and each 720p HD video uses 10. For example, 18 credits can make one HD and one Standard video. Previously purchased passes keep their original terms.
Do my videos or passes expire?
Credits never expire. Completed video downloads are available for 30 days, so save a local copy.
What happens to my photo?
Selecting a photo saves a draft in this browser, where storage is available. You can replace or remove it. Selection alone does not start a video job. See the Privacy Policy for remote processing when services become available.
