Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how Fergie Baby AI handles information when you visit this site or use its photo-to-video service. The processing described for checkout, uploads, generation and recovery applies when the relevant feature is available and you use it.
Information covered by this policy
We handle information you provide, such as a selected photo, checkout email and support messages; order and payment-status records; and site-usage information described below. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Selecting a photo for a local preview does not by itself send it to an AI model.
Photos and browser storage
Where browser storage is available, your selected photo is saved in this browser as a draft. Replacing it replaces the draft; Remove photo deletes the local draft. Checkout does not automatically clear it. When upload and checkout are available, submitting checkout uploads the photo to our private storage before opening the payment page. A private access credential and your selected pack may also be stored for the browser session. Clearing browser data does not delete an existing server upload or order.
Orders, results and access
We process your checkout email, credit-pack and price snapshots, payment status, wallet identifier and credit ledger to manage purchases and your balance. Previously purchased video passes keep their original order records. When you request generation, we process your photo, resolution, credit cost, task status and result to create and deliver the video. Your receipt email is not proof of identity. A secure, single-use email link verifies mailbox access before wallet recovery or merging. Access credentials are stored as hashes; keep private links confidential.
Why we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, process payments, manage orders, deliver results, answer support requests, prevent misuse and understand which channels bring visitors and purchases. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the requested service for order and delivery processing, legal obligations for required financial records, legitimate interests in security and service administration, and consent for optional tracking where required. You can decline optional tracking without purchasing being conditional on that consent.
Service providers and external content
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database and private object-storage infrastructure. When checkout is available, Stripe processes payment details on its payment page; we receive order and payment-status information rather than your full card number. When AI generation is enabled and requested, Haomao receives the photo or media reference and generation instructions needed to run the model. Its retention and any model-improvement use depend on its applicable terms; we do not promise a specific provider deletion period or a no-training commitment. Providers may process information outside your country; contact us for details relevant to your request.
Cookies and first-visit attribution
Our first-party funnel uses a temporary browser session identifier, activity stage, campaign tags, referring domain and public landing page. The funnel records do not include photos, email addresses, IP addresses or private-link parameters. We respect explicit tracking rejection, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control where detected; when the consent banner is enabled, collection waits for acceptance. The first observed source is kept in the fergie_first_touch_v1 cookie for up to 30 days, without extending that period on return visits. The source may be copied to account or order records to measure purchase channels; later visits do not overwrite it. Cookie expiry does not delete those database records. Cookie choices may be remembered for up to 365 days.
Storage and retention
Local photo drafts remain until you remove or replace them, clear this site’s browser data, or the browser removes them. Credits and legacy video passes do not expire. Video downloads are available for 30 days. Wallet access cookies last 30 days; recovery links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. We retain wallet, ledger and order records to provide purchased services, support orders, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. A download expiry does not by itself mean every server or provider copy has been deleted. Contact support for retention or deletion requests; records needed for active orders, disputes or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can remove your local draft, clear site storage and manage cookies using the site controls where available or your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or ask to restrict processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future optional processing. Contact support with enough information to locate the relevant record; we may need to verify your request. You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or where the issue occurred. Updated practices will be reflected in this policy and its revision date.
