How to Make a Fergie Baby AI Video from a Photo

Choose a clear photo, understand the fixed outfit and credit cost, create a video with existing credits, recover your wallet and prepare your download.

Last updated: 2026-10-22

New purchases are paused while reference-video matching and result quality are validated. Existing credits, generation, email recovery and downloads remain available. If you have no balance, you can review this guide and prepare a photo; the pause does not include a free generation offer.

Understand the template before spending credits

The creator makes a new AI video from one photo. The current preset uses a park gate, a path and a forward walk toward the camera. It supplies a loose black jacket with white skeleton graphics, a printed black shirt, black trousers and dark shoes. It is designed to replace the photo's clothes, so do not select a photo expecting its outfit to carry into the result.

  • Your photo guides: the person's face, skin tone, hairstyle and visible body proportions.
  • The preset supplies: the intended outfit, gate-and-path setting, walking sequence and a fixed soundtrack added during download preparation.
  • Not guaranteed: exact likeness, outfit details, anatomy, gestures, lip sync or timing against the music.

The homepage shows the first 15 seconds of a third-party community clip at its original speed. It is a trend reference, not a video generated by this service. The six-frame reference breakdown explains that clip's movements. The current creator accepts a photo, not a reference-video upload, and matching the community clip has not been validated. Reviewed input-and-output examples from this service have not yet been published.

1. Choose a clear photo of one person

Use a bright, front-facing photo with an unobstructed face. Waist-up or knees-up framing gives useful body context. Avoid heavy blur, deep shadows, a face covered by objects and group photos. The examples below illustrate framing choices; they are not customer photos or generated results.

One clear face

Face the camera. Keep your head and shoulders in view.

Avoid group photos

Choose one person so the subject is unambiguous.

Framing illustrations, not generated results.

The file must be JPG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 10 MB, with both width and height at least 256 pixels. Export an HEIC photo as JPG or PNG before selecting it. Renaming the file extension does not convert the image.

Use a photo of yourself or someone who agreed to this video. Public figures, celebrities and politicians are not accepted. File validation checks format, size and whether the image can be opened; it does not assess the person's face or guarantee a successful likeness.

2. Add your photo and check existing credits

  1. Open the photo-to-video creator.
  2. Select Upload your photo, or drop one file into the photo area. Wait for the thumbnail and Photo added confirmation.
  3. Check that you selected the intended person. Use Replace photo to choose another file, or Remove photo to clear the selection.
  4. Choose 480p for 8 credits or 720p for 10 credits. Both options target a 15-second, 9:16 portrait MP4. A higher resolution does not guarantee better likeness, anatomy or movement.
  5. Check your balance. If credits are missing, use the email recovery steps below before starting.

Selecting a photo alone does not upload it for generation. Where browser storage is available, the selection is saved as a local draft. Remove photo clears that draft; it does not delete a photo already uploaded for an earlier task. The Privacy Policy explains processing, retention and deletion requests.

Credits do not expire and can be used across either resolution. New credit purchases are currently paused, so Add credits is unavailable. See pricing and current availability for the credit rules. An existing unused video pass can still be opened from its order in My videos.

3. Confirm and create your video

Confirm the photo-use statement, review the resolution and credit cost, then select Make My Video when you have enough existing credits. This uploads the photo for processing and starts a generation using the selected credits. Merely selecting a photo or recovering your wallet does not start a video.

The result page shows the task's status and Video ID. Keep that ID if you need help. Processing time varies; there is no fixed completion-time promise.

If a request is interrupted or its status is uncertain, use Resume the same saved request or Check video status where offered. Resume the same request with its original photo and resolution. Do not create another task to resolve an uncertain submission: a separate generation can use more credits.

4. Prepare the download, review it and save

There are three separate stages:

  1. Creating video: the generation is still processing. Follow the task's status.
  2. Preparing download: the video exists, and this page is adding the fixed soundtrack and preparing the final MP4. Keep the page open until preparation finishes. A completed generation is not yet a saved file.
  3. Ready to save: the player and download button become available. Play the entire video, then save the MP4 to your device and open that saved file to check it.

Review the face, hands, clothing, movement, framing and audio. AI details can differ from the input photo or the reference even when generation completes successfully. The audio and sharing guide explains the included soundtrack, how to avoid doubled music and what to check before posting.

Save before the expiry date shown on your video page; downloads have a 30-day availability window. Keep your own local copy. If you close the page during preparation, reopen that video from My videos and let preparation run again. Retrying download preparation for the same generated video does not use another generation credit or pass.

5. Recover your credits and videos

  1. Open My videos in the browser you used for the purchase. Available wallet access may already be saved there.
  2. If your wallet or videos are missing, select Request an access link and enter the email used at checkout.
  3. Check that inbox and its spam folder. An eligible wallet or order receives a private recovery link; the on-screen request confirmation alone does not confirm that an order exists.
  4. Open the link and select Confirm & open my videos. A link expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. Request a fresh link if it is expired or already used.
  5. Open the existing video to check status, prepare its download or save it before expiry.

No account or password is needed. Keep recovery links private: they restore access to your wallet and videos. Recovering access does not extend a video's download expiry.

Troubleshooting: choose the right next step

The photo is rejected

Check the file format, 10 MB limit and 256-pixel minimum on both sides. Export a fresh JPG or PNG if the file cannot be opened. A group photo or dark photo may pass the file check but still be unsuitable for this template.

My balance is missing or the create button is unavailable

Use email recovery with your checkout email. If the balance failed to load, use Reload balance. With insufficient credits, creation cannot proceed while new purchases are paused. Follow any generation-unavailable notice shown in the creator.

The video is still processing or submission is uncertain

Check the same task, or resume the saved request offered by the creator. Do not submit duplicates. If the status does not resolve, send support the Video ID and the visible message.

Generation failed

Confirmed generation failures return eligible credits once. Check your wallet history in My videos. An uncertain task is not a confirmed failure, and a credit return is separate from a cash refund request. See the Refund Policy for the applicable review process.

The video exists, but preparation or download fails

Keep the result page open and retry its download-preparation action. That reuses the existing video without another generation charge. If the problem repeats, note the error and browser, then contact support. Starting another video is not a download repair.

The result does not look like the photo or reference

Review the full clip before sharing. Retrying download preparation does not regenerate the visuals, and resolution alone is not a likeness guarantee. Report a problem from that video's page if you need a review; include its Video ID and a concise description.

For help, use the support link on your video or contact support. Include the Video ID for a result problem and the order number for a purchase problem. Do not send passwords, full card details or private recovery links.
