Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Credits do not expire, and top-ups do not start generation automatically. Previously purchased video passes retain their original terms. This policy explains delivery problems and refund requests.
A paid video was not delivered
If a confirmed generation failure occurs, eligible credits are returned once. If a submission is uncertain, check the saved task or contact support before making another request. For a successful payment with missing credits, or an undelivered legacy video order, contact support with the order number. We review payment and delivery records and may repair delivery or issue an appropriate refund. Any nonzero cash refund removes all unused credits from that purchase only; it does not remove credits from other purchases.
Completed results and unused passes
AI results can vary from the photo or reference. If a delivered file cannot be opened, the purchased specification is missing or another technical problem occurs, describe the problem so we can investigate. We assess completed-result and unused-purchase requests against what was purchased, what was delivered and applicable law. Unused passes do not expire. A failed task or a support request does not itself confirm that a pass has been restored or a refund approved.
How to request help
Email support with your order number, checkout email and a short explanation. You can report a duplicate charge, missing delivery, incorrect purchase details or a technical problem. If we need further evidence, we will explain what is necessary. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, API keys or private access links.
Refund processing and your rights
We will explain the outcome after reviewing the relevant records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and your bank determine when the funds appear; we do not promise an immediate refund or a fixed bank-processing time. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights available under applicable law.
